How to order?

Selecting a product

Select a product from the list of products available on the shop page (the products are grouped in categories) or use the search function from the shop pages to find a product that interests you. For more information on a product, click on the name or picture of the product of your choice. On this page you will find the following: 

• at least one photo of the product
• information about the product
• the price of the product

Placing an order

To place an order, fill in the amount of products you require and click on the button Add to cart. The product and the amount are then added to your cart.

The cart is a part of our shop, in which you can store the products you want to buy or keep. In the top-right side of our website, you can see the number of products you have added to the basket. Viewing the cart will display all the products that you already selected and the amount for each. Also it will show you the unit price of a product and the subtotal (the unit price multiplied by the amount). None of this prices includes the transport fee.

In the Checkout page the you have to give some details about yourself and your location/contact data. It is possible to select a different shipping address, in case you want to make a gift for someone. After you complete all the fields you can click on the Continue to next step button.

In this page, you are informed about the shipping method and the transport fee. On the top right you can see the total price (including now the transport fee). To complete the order you have to fill-in your credit/debit card data and click on Continue to next step.
